How much is the postage & packaging?

Postage and packaging is FREE for all UK deliveries. For all other countries, postage is £6.95 per book.

When will my book be delivered?

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email once the book has been dispatched.

UK orders: Orders are sent via first class Royal Mail. It should be with you in 1-3 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.

International orders: Orders are sent by Air Mail and it should be with you in 3-7 working days for Europe and 7-15 working days for The Rest of the World. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas.

Do I need a PayPal account?

You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to make payments. You can use your credit or debit card which will be processed by PayPal.

You will receive an email from PayPal to confirm your transaction.

Can the delivery address be different to the billing address?

If you are sending a gift, please enter the recipient’s name and address in the Shipping Address by unpicking the box ‘Ship to billing address’.

What is your return policy?

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, we will be happy to give you a refund provided you return the book to us in fully re-saleable condition and within 14 days of the date you receive the book. By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

If we find that the book has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or deduct up to 60% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Any refunds will be returned to the card holder’s account using the original payment method, within 14 working days of receipt of the returned book.

Please note: A refund of postage and packaging charge cannot be given.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
